Alvin joined the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center in February 2025. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Bates College in 2009 and a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Simmons College in 2015. Alvin previously worked as a Spanish and ELL teacher throughout several districts in Massachusetts and as a career counselor with MassHire Franklin Hampshire. At MFHC, Alvin handles community education, outreach, and engagement initiatives while supporting MFHC's fundraising and development efforts.
