Jacob has 20 years of experience working with various educational nonprofits in Central America and currently serves as the Director at the Partnership for Worker Education at UMass Amherst. He completed his doctoral studies at UMass Amherst with a concentration in International Education and Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino/a studies and conducted research on multi-stakeholder partnerships for education in Guatemala. He joined the MFHC Board in 2017 after his family experienced housing discrimination and currently serves as the board’s clerk.
