Religion

State and federal laws protect individuals and families from housing discrimination due to religion.  The law protects individuals who are religious, as well individuals who do not believe in any religion or any God.  It is illegal for a housing provider to ask about religion or religious beliefs, and it is illegal for a housing provider to give preferential treatment to individuals or families based on their religion or lack of religion.

If you believe you were discriminated against because of your religion, you can fill out an intake form online or contact our office.
