Victims of Domestic Violence

Federal and state laws provide important protections against housing discrimination for victims of domestic violence.  Women should not have to choose between remaining in an abusive relationship, or becoming homeless, due to housing discrimination.  Women and children become homeless when they are wrongfully evicted due to domestic violence and denied new housing because of domestic violence.

If you believe you were discriminated against because you are a victim of domestic violence, you can fill out an intake form online or contact our office.
