Welcome to the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center’s new website and blog!

We are here to help you!  MFHC is the oldest fair housing organization in Massachusetts.  We hope that this new website will provide you with the information you need to protect yourself from all forms of housing discrimination. Unfortunately, housing discrimination and segregation are well-documented, serious and persistent problems in our service area of Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, Berkshire and Worcester counties.  Our mission is to eliminate housing discrimination and segregation through education, outreach and, when necessary, legal enforcement activities.  We provide free fair housing trainings and free legal services to victims of housing discrimination.  

If you are in our service area and suspect that you have experienced housing discrimination, or been the victim of predatory lending or a foreclosure rescue scam, please complete an online intake form or contact our office.
